A former CEO of a trading company, Joseph Lin, 64, spent over 20 years serving multiple prison sentences. Today, he has turned over a new leaf and is pursuing his dream of opening his own cafe, because of HCSA Academy’s six-week culinary training course. HCSA Academy, which celebrated it’s first anniversary on 8 May 2019, has had seven intakes and 37 graduates over the past year.
