President Halimah Yacob visited HCSA Dayspring shortly after being sworn in as Singapore’s eight President. Accompanied by MPs Christopher De Souza and Alex Yam, she toured the Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre’s newly-renovated premises – the only Home in Singapore that provides trauma-informed care treatment to teenage girls.
